I thought only two of the Sambas looked decent - Jade and Ricky.

The ASs looked better. If Ricky G can keep his shoulders down he will look a lot better. I think Chris and Ola will do well (love the t-shirts - his has Team Cola at the back - did someone here send it to him?) Natalie looked okay but I wish she would close her mouth.

Jade and Ian were lovely. I always grow to like Ian's partnerships as the series progress.

Looking forward to Saturday night. I think (hope!) that we'll see some good dances.

Would somebody rank the AS's in order- starting with the best first- and also do the same with the sambas

I'm really looking forward to the dances this weekend.

Everyone looks much better in training than last week (although I've probably jinxed them now!).

I'm so pleased that Jade & Ian are in the competition and have made themselves contenders. They are a much needed antidote to the bores that are Ali and Ricky W.

I shall be rooting for them if all my favourites are knocked out by the time the final comes round and they are still about.

Laila's Samba looks much more promising than her Jive, but Anton still looks uncomfortable doing Latin.

And Natalie & Vincent look like they are having such fun - I can't wait to see their Smooth.

Can you do me a favour and rank the AS's in order- in your opinion, the best first and then so the same with the sambas- I'd be interested to know if my judgement is simialr to yours or way off the mark

I think all looked promising apart from Tuffers who is clearly struggling

I want Chris & Laila to redeem themselves this weekend as they are both favourites of mine but let themselves down last week. Chris needs to chill out a bit and Laila needs to be more intense with her Latin.

Even though I much prefer the AS to the samba I am looking forward to seeing Jade and Ian on Sat. They are such a great couple.

I think Zoe also looked good in the training footage, I just wished she wasn't with James. If she had been with someone like Matthew I think she would be my fav.

It wouldn't be difficult for their Samba to look better but I'm not sure about the Saturday Night Fever moves. A bit cheesy I think and what have they got to do with Samba?

Really hope Chris and Ricky G can pull off good AS's this week and we get some sensible marking from the judges. Craig excepted they seem to have lost the plot

You raise a valid point though Daisy. Thinking back, it reminds me a bit of what Kelly & Brendon did with their Samba.

I do hope there's plenty of proper content aside from those moves....
