She looked great, and did really well. Hope she can keep it up.

Certainly surprised by her performance. Not only did she dance well, it was all very endearing - good for her.

And thinking of the some of the pictures taken of her in the past, I can't help thinking along the lines of "the girl sure scrubs up well". She really looked very pretty; the only things marring the looks was the tattoos on her arms, she needs to keep to long sleeves or gloves.

I hope she makes it to the final. Probably with either Donny or Carter.

I was really surprised by Kelly - I thought she did a really good job. Never thought she would be that good.

Not so good with the tango- shame; hope it doesn't spoil her confidence. But I'm sure she will be better next dance.

I find her very intriguing.

That Tango was a bit of a disaster, but then so many of them made mistakes this week.

They did, didn't they?

I'm not sure, but didn't the first show take 3 days - 1 for the guys, 1 for the girls, and a 3rd for the results show? If so, presuming (like scd) the day of the actual show is spent at the studios getting make up, dress rehearsals etc., the couples could only have had 3 days to learn and practice their routines, which isn't that long.

Hi Kaycee

I only got to see one of the opening shows

I'll be tuning in every week from now on though.

Mya is going to be very exciting to watch - her Jive was formidable for week 2 and considering she only had 3 days to rehearse.

Personality-wise, I've also got a soft spot for Melissa

Did not like the stand in for Len. He's even worse than Alesha! (who's growing on me).

Hi Sid

Agree about Mya, although I didn't like her first dance - Viennese. Her dancing was fine, but the routine had very little to do with a Viennese!

I quite liked Baz - a great improvement on Michael Flatley who they had as stand-in for Len on a previous series.

Overall, so far, I'm preferring this series of DWTS to SCD; not only are the pros such great dancers (if you've only seen one show, you probably missed the "Boys Are Back in Town" routine? Shame.... I've put it on my "dwts highlights" dvd (it might be on youtube). Also, the celebs a seem to have so much more personality than the scd lot; even those who are not much good at the dancing, can be very entertaining!

I agree, Kelly O looks fab on DWTS, and i really like the relationship she has with her pro partner. Her samba was good and i agree with the judges, she has the potential to be a real contender in this series.
