Hiya. I decided to switch from 02 text anytime to text and web on the 30th of September. I text textandweb to 21300 to set me up.

It sent me the confirmation texts saying it will switch me over on my next anniversary date (3rd October - today) or in the next 72 hours, but I rang the top up line this morning to check if it had changed me over but I'm still on text anytime, both when I ring to check my free monthly allowance and by viewing my tariff plan on 02 active.

When will I get switched over as I've called 2202 and re-confirmed text and web this morning to make doubly sure.

My next anniversary date is (3rd) November but as I've opted in to move tariffs within the time frame will I still get the introductory offer?

Just need some things cleared up as I'm rather confused why I'm still on text anytime.

Has your text allowance refreshed as of yet? Or is it still giving last month's amounts? Overall though give it until the end of the day today (O2 will doubtless advise this if you ring them) and if it's not updated tomorrow then call customer service.

As for the introductory offer - as you've opted in before halloween you'll still get it. It says so in the terms and conditions link available on this page; http://freesim.o2.co.uk/textandweb/home.php
