Do you mean the atmospheric lighting? It was very effective, but I wonder if this was only seen on television, and not in the studio - and therefore not by the judges?

The moustache did look mad, didn't it? But fun - and possibly far less stupid than Louis v A's make up!

I loved M & M's charleston, and thought they really deserved their top placing.

I thought Aaron & Louie would be in bottom 2, with Louie going - he did nothing.

Feel Aaron would benefit from being taken to a good standard ballroom dance studio to watch how couples dance. Sometimes just being told what to do isn't enough, it's necessary to actually see dances performed and to get the feel for them.
No, I meant that it was on screen in black and white and with the 'old-style film' grains etc (there are probably real terms for that, but the Broadcasting forum scares me ) It was definitely only visible on TV, like they did with the 60s group dance in the spring. For me, it gave them a boost in setting the feel of the dance for the voting audience, not the judges. I really thought that Donny and Kym's was better, but as I admit, I was so put off by that moustache!

I didn't like Louis vA's make up either, I got the look he was going for, but it made the dance feel a bit harsh, it didn't have much 'fun' in it.

Louis and Chelsie took a gamble that they were popular enough without the judges, and got away with it, but I don't think they'll risk it again. Aaron is not coming across particularly well to me, not sure why. I want to like him, and I kind of did to start with, but now, I think he may be a bit of a brat.

I'm with you there. That looked terrible and his joke about it post dance was even worse. Even if he would have been able to grow that himself, he wouldn't have left it that way surely. I'd love to know where the make-up/dress team even got that from
I suspect it may have been alive and running around shortly before the show started!!
