I am looking to get a new mobile phone but it has to be PAYG.

I am looking for a phone that does all these internet things. I proberly wouldn't use the phone much for making calls, but everything else would be ok. Also if I bought a new phone I would want it to be decent one. I am looking at the iphone but I think it's going to be expensive on PAYG, not sure. Is there a PAYG phone out that does the same things as the iphone would? I am mainly looking to browse the internet and look on facebook.

Can highly recommend the Nokia 5800. Not as polished on the interface as the iPhone but overall it's very close.

Got it from Play.com for £199.99 unlocked. It's now £229.99 unlocked, £159.99 on T-Mobile and £169.99 Vodafone.

I think wifi is now an essential on a mobile phone but few of the main providers want you to have it!

The Nokia E63 looks a good bet but most are Orange or 3. Not sure how easy it is to unlock. If you are with O2 they do own brand (XDA) wifi smartphones.

Acer Tempo HD.
At expansys for £190.
GPS, Display: 3.8-inch TFT-LCD touch-sensitive screen with 800 X 480 WVGA resolution
Wifi,bluetooth, VOIP.

Needs the impressive Opera Mobile loading onto it.

Also the Toshiba Portege G910 there for £110. Bulky. Opera pre-loaded.

Both unlocked. The Acer beats the Iphone.
