I can't bear him. He makes JS look like he was on acid.

I would imagine so. With the whole of Wales and ITV staff both voting for him every week, I can't see him in the dance off anytime soon. Makes a mockery of the show, but what can you do?

Can't see him, or Lynda, going anywhere anytime soon - unfortunately.

This year I'm deffo going to ease my blood pressure by accepting that SCD is a personality competition full stop and eff all to do with dancing.

Happens every year... rubbish dancer gets through to the mid table till the public finally wake up and boot him off. I won't miss him. He's a bit boring.

Surely the Welsh are not that stupid?

Yes, he was one of the most popular contestants coming into the competition (along with Phil). There's no doubt he'll be there a while.

Why would you presume that , I get really annoyed when silly people makde sweeping statements that we Irish all vote as a common noun ,. I am sure the Welsh get just as peed off about it too

I'm Welsh and I won't be voting for Joe. I thought he should have gone tonight and I have a feeling he's going to be there for some time

Not my fave but if people are paying good money to keep him in then it's not his fault. Just out of interest of those complaining how many are actually voting? I know I don't bother voting until the latter stages and I'm sure others do the same.

I voted for Rav and Aliona tonight but the line was constantly engaged but if you kept pressing redial you eventually got through. I know it seems fairer then it used to be but I just don't know how the BBC can cope with all the people trying to vote for 14 couples in just 15 mins.

I don't vote to the latter stages or til someone I like is in danger and agree it's not Joe's fault he still in but he could do more than walking about and playing with a cape.

No we're not, and I for one wouldn't vote for him I think he's embarassing, what the hell is he doing with his fists all the time maybe he thinks he'll get more votes by doing that, personally I think it just makes him look punch drunk

I must say, I'm genuinely quite curious to see how Kristina will try to teach him the Foxtrot. Going to be very, very tough.

Then we have to blame Kristina's choreography. I commented on the live thread that for the most part it was like watching JS all over again. I do wonder if all last year's headlines have gone to her head and she's hoping for the same thing again. We know she can dance (I love her dancing with Brian), therefore I would expect her choreography to show off her partner's strongest features. Ok, Joe's not the most elegant of dancers but, I don't think she's helping him as much as she should. Erin made Ricky G look half decent tonight, and Craig congratulated Natalie at hiding Ricky W's pigeon toes, surely Katrina could attempt to do something similar. Joe is a boxer, he's used to moving his feet, surely she could put in some more intricate footwork to counteract his clumsier top half?

^The more strengths you have, the easier it gets to hide the weaknesses. I genuinely think Joe is that bad she doesn't have much choice.

agree as much as I like Kristina dancing with Brian she needs to get Joe to do more in their routine even if he not that good, she did a better job with John Sergent

She mucked up putting the cape on too as a skirt, kindly hidden by neat camera shot.

The BBC don't WANT Joe out. They are banking (wrongly) that the love story of Joe and Gerty is important to us

FluffyEgg, I hope you haven't been taking notice of the utter crap written in the tabloids about Kristina being a Siberian Sex Bomb Maneater!!!!

(Well perhaps she is - but their reasons don't exactly carry much weight!)
