Size of TV for Wii machine?
We want to set up a exercise club using Wii machines and TV/Monitors at our local Community Centre, but we need to decide whether to use Tvs or Monitors.Funding is tight so we are looking at a size of 22". Which are best, TVs or Monitors? They are to be wall mounted and used only with the Wii machine.
Its a large room but we aim to mount them on a side wall with a viewing range of about 6------10 foot. Would 22" be ok as thats within the budget (£200 per TV/Monitor)or shall we wait for more funding and go for 32"? |

I would say 22" is too small for a Wii
32" is the minimum you would be wanting to use, if you can stretch the budget to 40" then you'll have a much better experience. |

I also would say 32" minimum based on the one we have set up in the family room. Can't imagine using anything smaller with the Wii. Cheapest you probably will find is £250 on the net if you search hard but £300 is maybe a more realistic budget. Try somewhere like Richer Sounds.

I third the 32" minimum.
When I had a 32" TV it was just about right. It is obviously better on my 37" but I'm sure you could find decent 32" for good price. |
