Thinking of getting new monthly contract...
Hi I have a pay as you go phone at the moment with Virgin and want to keep this phone and number but get a monthly contract with them with minutes and texts so I just want the new SIM off them. Will I have to do this unlocking the phone I keep hearing about or because its the same network will I be alright?

as the phone is a virgin one its fine plus you can change from pay as you go to contract/sim only when ever you want with not having to change sim card.

As it is the same network, no unlocking is required.
