In this US soap opera, 5 lookalikes of a woman were sent to different areas of the country to prevent the authorities tracking down the real girl who was on the run
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ce7PhYiJzjA A ghost emergies from Alsia's fridge in Home and Away http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05JYrfbGYAk Also, which of these stories would be cool in corrie or EE

Oh, and yeah, the first link of the OP can lead you to some interesting videos of the infamous possession. ![]() Here you can read the storyline and Marlena's history => http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marlena...281994-1995.29 I also agree with faheysrabbit about SB. The first year was just to settle down the characters and to pave the way to some crazy stuff in the following years. But we didn't mind, did we? Honestly I miss it, especially because I thought the characters were so brilliant. We need a reunion!

I think EE could get away with an occult storyline, if handed to the right character. Plus, can't you just see Archie Mitchell as the East End version of Stefano DiMera? I could so imagine him sending out 5 Peggy clones across the world. ![]() Corrie is way too traditional to get away with zany plots; the two just don't mix. Quote:

Can't they give Lou Carpenter, and Ken Barlow some interesting stories? Quote:
Through the course of her existence on the program she has experienced what some consider to be the most outrageous circumstances of any character in soap opera history. These include possession by the devil, a plummet from a thirtieth-story-window (which she survived), being used as a surrogate for genetically engineered babies Rex and Cassie during a four year coma, being mind-controlled to believe she was a serial killer, and becoming pregnant late in life and suffering a miscarriage which caused her to have hysterical amnesia. She has been kidnapped numerous times over the past 30 years. At the same time, for the past 20 years she has also been one-half of one of the most popular supercouples in daytime history, John and Marlena. She is a doctor, a wife, a mother, and a grandmother.
