Should I be worried about this?

This morning (while I was sleeping) I received a blank text, and the sender was "from_Tesco". There was no number. It obviously wasn't spam as there was no actual message, so I'm just a bit paranoid that it was someone trying to mess with my phone.

Have any of you ever received a text like that? Probably(?) bogus sender, no number, no apparent message?

Oh, just to clarify, I am actually with Tesco Mobile, but they always, always tag their texts as being from "TESCO". Nothing else.

Its probably a SIM update, nothing to worry about.
