Robbie Williams And Alexandra Burke.

i think its abit harsh how there having robbie on the same how, and making out his new single is something amazing.

ALEXANDRAS SONG IS SO MUCH BETTER, maybe simon knows alex will beat him hands down, because her performance is blatenly going to be better, robbie will just stand there, alex will have a massive production im guessing.

i hope miss burke gets her no1

i don't like either of them, so i'll use their performances as an excuse to get up and get a drink. albeit a loooong drink.

I think it's digusting, but all Alex can do is her best and hopefully that will be enough.

I'm confident that Alexandra can pull it off. Robbie's song is very boring and rather underwhelming - I was expecting a lot more from him. Strange how both are being given the same slot. You'd think they'd leave Robbie for the week after or something to not hinder the possible success that Alex might have.

they have two shows to fill. I reckon Alexandra will be on Sat and robbie Sunday OR both Sunday as they will have a lot of time to fill

I think, just before the show ended tonight, the voiceover guy said that they were both on the sunday show. It'll be hard enough to get all 12 acts in on saturday without adding another in.

well, it seems most people on these boards prefer Alex's song. personally i think it's incredibly tacky, and the lyrics are the cheapest i've heard in years! honestly, i don't know who the hell wrote it, but i'm sure a 5-year-old could of come up with something better.

i think Robbie's song is great, but one of his best? not sure, most people just expected too much maybe. i also think many here just don't like him. Alex will probably take no.1 and get all the credit for it, being billed as some 'major achievement' by her, and the whole x factor mob will lap it up.

I would say that if Alex still manages to get the number 1, after performing before Robbie on his first live tv performance in Britain since 2006, in front of millions of people, then that will be a pretty major achievement for her when you consider how big a star Robbie is. And people would have every right to say so.

not really, it's about the people buying the songs, which song people prefer personally, not the people singing them. that's all it comes down to at the end of the day.

Hold on...

Although I agree that Robbie has lost it and doesn't make decent music any more, he is still 100 x bigger than Alex, who will probably be around for a very short period of time. The difference is that he has, up until recently, had proper success, whereas Alex is new and will probably go the way most reality TV singers do...

Alex will probably get to number 1, but that's because she has one of the biggest TV shows in the country behind her. With the two exceptions (I think Leona and Will Young?) the rest have had early success only to then be dropped or fade away into the nether regions of the music industry. Alex will probably go the same way.

I actually don't like Alex's new song I don't know what it is but there's something cheesy about it. As Carmen Queasy said Robbies the biggest star. Alex hasn't achieved much yet she hasn't even released an album.

I perfer Bad Boys over Bodies. Robbie is very over rated and Im sure Alen will piss on him from a great height. Alex is already #4 on itunes and thats only pre-orders

Therefore it's an achievement for any artist to reach number 1, including those from reality shows - with possibly the exception of the winner's single.

100% agree, and I can't believe people are holding Alex's song in such high regards.. It's awful
