The Backstreet Boys' new album, their 7th studio album, 'This Is Us' is out today in the UK!!

My CD came a couple of days early from HMV so I was listening all day yesteday and it is a really great album. They have worked with people like T-Pain, RedOne, Max Martin and Ryan Teddar amongst others. My fave songs are 'Shattered', 'She's a Dream', 'Bye Bye Love' and 'PDA'!

You can stream the whole album here at Yahoo: http://new.music.yahoo.com/programs/earlyedition/

Anyone else heard it yet? Anyone going to see them on tour in November?

Aw no, I didn't say that! I like the rhythm it has, it 'flows' quite well Brian sounds nice in it

So far TIU is number 39 on the Itunes top 100 albums . Doing much better than the single did at least!

Number 39 is pretty good considering zero promo has happened for it here in the UK! Most people have no clue they even have an album out. My friend who I'm going to the tour with who loves BSB too, even asked me yesterday when the album's coming out lol!

yeah hopefully it will be at least top 40 on Sunday, but hopefully a bit higher than that! If all the people going to see their UK tour Nov bought the album this week it would have enough sales to be number 1, but sadly it's not going to happen.

I used to actually like these guys when Millenium came out. Now that a majority of their fans have all but disappeared they kinda just look sad now.

Millenium was such a classic album. And i still love it . I remember even all my male friends like Millenium as it did have some great hits like , I Want It That, Show me the Meaning of being Lonely.

Well I don't know about that. They are still selling out world tours including many UK dates!!

They just love being a group and making music...I don't see why that's sad.

Yup... their not AS mainstream as they were but you'd be surprised how many fans there still are. They sold out the O2 arena in London last year and have all but sold out the same venue this year, so, their not exactly low on fans really... they've also sold out the Glasgow show (yay for us Scots fans lol). Just because you don't hear about them on TV or in the press as much anymore doesn't mean there aren't still plenty of people who still support them

Th album is now #34 in the midweeks, so it's slowly going down ! However since it's had zero promo, #34 is actually pretty good! Imagine how well it could have done if people knew of it's existence? lol

I bought this the other week online and its a fantastic album!....I loved their unbreakable album and decided to buy this...very urban/pop driven CD...didn't skip any tracks because the songs are very good and listenable!

My favourites are:

Masquerade
PDA
She's A Dream
Straight Through My Heart
Undone (surprised that Ryan Tedder co-wrote this!)
Bye Bye Love
All Of Your Life (You Need Love)

xo
