So has emmerdingles michael gone now?
This bloke was on screen for what 4 weeks and think he cried in every episode he appeared in but 1.
I have never known a bloke to cry as much as michael. He bumped uglies with debbie twice then never stopped crying.

Good to see charity, cain and debbie rucking although im not over keen on any of them, and it was a piss poor way of bringing her back having her blokes last fling just happening to be with her daughter but there we go. I see nathan is still an odious little prig. Sally the bunny boiler is a nause.

EE - well im still in 2 minds to charge them with assult on the eyeballs for the atrocity that is sam but i read in the mags shes off at crimbo so thats good.
Quite liking syeed & christian, they remind me of colin & barry back in the day.

Roxy & doc make a good pair, sick of mad slater, enough is as good a feast with this SL, jeans enough we dont need both of them shreaking in unison.

Ronnie & the pilsbury doughboy is just yuck, enough already, why ronnie wants to paw that pasty paunch is beyone me.

Corrie - i feel sorry for ty but sally deserves everything thats coming backed up with troutpout being fleased of the last of the money. Anything that causes those 2 screaming harpies grief is good for me.

Strangley im starting to like the windasses (except the dad) be good if a strange twist of fate saw the ginger ninja (gary) and the ginger whinger (ches) as brothers now theres a mind boggling thought.

Nice to see michelle give troutpout a slap.

Now ill go catch up with the forum lol.

I think that is him away for good now. hopefully anyway. it was hilarious how much he cried wasnt it, he was actually one seriously hilarious plot device, was old fridge magnet.

It was a slightly poor way of bringing charity back. i love all of them, though, and they all have great chemistry imo.

Yup sam is away at crimo, i believe. i dont mind her looks, shes just a bloody awful, meritless character nowdatys.
Enjoying "Chryed" as well - lot of chemistry, provides some good drama.

Although i dislike both characters, i agree, they suit each other fairly well. stacys storyline SHOULD be powerful, and it is quite harrowing in some regards, but against my better judgement im finding stacy to be immensley irritating when in full on manic mode.

I actually like joel and ronnie together. he seems to make her actually, genuinely happy. like the actor as well.

I hate the affair, but i also equally hate Rosie and her mother - both are nasty, horrible, selfish, limited, irirtating characters.

I am liking all of the windasses, even the dad! gary has calmed down and is good, and i like chesney with them as well, i like how gary has taken on the protective big brother role of him allready in a way.

Nice to see Michelle in THAT outfit.

as long as hes gone and the crying stops, it was / is so contrived its not funny. Funny thing was when alone with debbie he did nothing but cry like a snivelling brat, cain smacks him on the snout and theres not even a tear.

Im sure the crying has stopped, although off screen, in EDS fictional world, after the events of the wedding, im sure michael is embarassing his mates down the pub with his almost non stop flow of tears

Thank god. I was beginning to think that it was just me!

Not just you. although i think he does make her happy, at this point in time i doubt the relationship is perticularly healthy for ronnie.

Yeah, you are probably right given the situation as it currently is. For me the entire thing was really badly handled anyway. Not enough build up to make it believable. I think there was about one line of dialogue where Joel said he wasn't happy with his marriage before he just walked out.

Sadly I think they have ruined / mishandled another important figure that contributed to Ronnie's background to make her the person she is. Just my opinion of course, but I was hoping for much more from the introduction of Joel.

I do actually still quite like Joel, though. good actor, that guy.

I'd only began watching ED properly again in the run-up to Charity's return and I was amazed at all the crying and whinging Michael did - and it was so repetitive. Michael would turn up, talk to Debbie on the sofa, cry for about 10 minutes, dries his eyes just in time for Cain to walk in on them and threaten him out of the village and Debbie's life forever - this same cycle occured at least twice a week for about a month!

It was a really poor way of bringing Charity back I agree - anyone who'd heard she'd be coming back would've known automatically that she was the 'other woman'. What I don't get is that Michael never once mentioned her name so it remained a 'mystery' for Debbie right up until she walked into the church. I know there have been a lot of implausible coincidences in soaps before - but this one must take at least second place. First one being Debbie being fostered in the small village where her 2 parents just happened to live in the first place!

Strangely, I am drawn to Sam whenever she's on-screen. Perhaps it's not really her acting - more like her off-screen past reminding me to look at how she looks now.

Ronnie and Joel do seem like a mismatched pair in the looks department. But this is the happiest we've seen 'Vinegar Lips' for about a year so that's a welcome change.

I have a love/hate thing with Stacey's bi-polar storyline. Sometimes she's excellent and really draws you in - sometimes she's so annoying and you just want to slap her when she's jumping in graves and trying to prize open the coffin! Having said that, I think that's a good tactic - I'm sure anyone who knows someone with bi-polar will tell you that it can be frustrating. One minute you're sympathising with them, the next you're angry with them.

I'm not liking this affair in Corrie. Molly just decided to go after Kevin with no build-up to it. It would've been better, and a little more understandable if they had portrayed Molly as being made to be a boring old housewife type as Tyrone neglected her with affection. But they didn't and that's what makes the storyline quite hard to watch. I can understand why Kevin is cheating on Sally - she's a squak! A squak who sees no bad in her beloved 'gurrrls'. Even this affair with Molly still makes Kevin and Sophie the only decent members of that family. I'm guessing this upcoming storyline with Sally is the writers trying to make her character sympathetic for once.

you could be right about sally but for me i still hate her, nothing that happens to that woman makes me sympathetic to her and i dispise her eldest trout pout equally. sallys treatment of fizz makes me like john all the more, the only bad thing about john is he didnt kill rosie and i wont forgive him for that but the writers can try all they like, nothing will make me change my mind about sally & rosie, its a pitty they dont have a killer car crash in rosies car while out shopping for jimmy choo and just leave us with kevin & sophie who are far far better.
