Iphone 3g and o2 hsdpA network
Hi all I have got an iPhone 3g and I have heard that they are hsdpa enabled. In my home area I am in a very good hsdpa coverage but the iPhone only picks up 3g. Is there anything I need to do to get my iPhone connected to the hsdpa network???
Pls help |

3G mearly stands for 3rd Generation.
1G was TACS 2G was GSM and GPRS 3G is made up from UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA All offering different speeds, some phones show the later two with a H symbol and a H+ symbol. There was a time O2 were only on UMTS but i guess they've caught up with atleast HSDPA now. I'm interested to know if LTE will still be considered 3G or if this will be the start of our 4th Generation. |
