I'm having a nightmare with BT at the minute.
The other night I was on the phone to them for an hour trying to solve the problem with my BT Vision On Demand service not working, only to find that it was because I had my phone number changed was the reason behind the fault. After resetting my box and received the software upgrade, this has now caused my viewing card to stop working. So I've lost ESPN. Any ideas anyone as I don't fancy sitting on the phone for another hour trying to solve this one.
