My phoneline part of my master socket has broken. My broken socket looks like this:

The ADSL part is fine and when a BT engineer came around to fix my wife's work line, he gave her a new plate to fix which has just the one socket (not the ADSL part)
So, I fitted it and intended to put a microfilter on it but that's where the problem lies. The cable that came out of the DSL part of the old box goes under wooded flooring into an office and the socket on that cable is too big to fit in the microfilter. It seems that the socket on the box in the picture above is RJ45.
The cable that went into the DSL box above is this:

Ideally, i just want to get the same faceplate as I had before so if anyone has any pointers i'd be very grateful.
