HELP! Remote control problem
Hi
I had BT Vision installed today. Quite happy with the service and content etc. However, I have a problem with my remote control. All the buttons work fine except 6,7,8,9 and 0 and also Ch + and Ch - Because of the above fault I cant control my tv from the remote as I cant enter the code 004 Do I need a new remote or is there a fix for this Bit annoying as I watch Sky News a lot and want to just enter 82 instead of going through tv guide Please help BT  quick edit : The Green, Yellow and Blue buttons dont work Also the * and # and the Delete and Text and Shortcuts Also the R (record) button Aghhhhh!!! 1 hr into installing and its not going well Last edited by BDoyle1965 : 07-10-2009 at 12:28. mmm, sounds faulty - have you tried pressing the mode button ?, this switches the remote from PVR to TV mode and back again. Try it and see what happens.

yep tried that
Basically the buttons that work cause the BT vision key to flash blue. The ones that arent working dont cause it to light up. Does that make sense? sorry |
