They are there to pass an opinion (at the time, on the show, not going off and bleating to the tabloids after) and to mark. Then we vote.

No way - the judges have too much power as it is -it already2/3 power with the judges as they have been able to engineer who ends up in the dance off

Soory this isn't their show - and their feelings on who they want to win are irrelevant as it is who the public want to win that should count

Bin the dance off totally - the format worked well anout before series 4

They should change the format back to the way it was in series 3/4, that was when the show was at it's best IMO.

Not all, but for the final it should be the public vote only.

I would say from when they go on to 2 dances per week (week 11 if it is the same format as last year) that the judges give comments only.

I am quite willing to admit that Austin's elimination is a factor in my reasoning

I think when we get down to the final 6 or so we should revert to the old format of a bottom 2 without a dance-off.

If saturdays dance off was anything to go by i agree that the dance off should be scrapped. Leave it to Joe public to decide who should stay or go
