I can't seem to get the 1.03 firmware downloaded from the Humax website despite the info and the word download. Although I have updated to 1.03 OTA, I still have the older bootloader and was hoping to update by means of the firmware download instead (and update by USB)

yep Humax support indicated a week or two for the bootloader update about a month ago! Nothing on the site to download at the moment....just have to wait

Bob_cat has confirmed that the new loader only adds OTA updating on one cable/ If you have two there's no gain.
