Okay, fellow Strictly Addicts. Here's the 'Programme' *hands out sheets*:

• An SCD Addict (hereafter as SA) must realise that he/she may be incurable from a medical, psychological and spiritual viewpoint.

• He/she must admit to the vice and be genuinely compunctionate that he/she requires help and support.

• He/she must have devotions every morning–a “quiet time” of chanting and some reading from the Unappreciation Thread and other such useful literature. Unless this is faithfully followed, there is grave danger of backsliding.

• He/she must be willing to help other SAs get straightened out. This throws up a protective barrier and strengthens his/her own willpower and convictions.

• It is important, but not vital, that he meet frequently with other reformed SAs and form both a social and a spiritual comradeship.

Please read aloud to yourself and internalise the above before we call for the next gathering.
