There's nothing to discuss. I posted what your/Orange's executive office told me about recording calls as a heads-up for other people to know and that's what I'll stick by.

Just had another call from the executive office, they've traced the agent concerned and is being 'dealt with'. She also said this occurance has been reported before and steps are being taken immediately to rectify it.
