Sourz Cherry Liqueur - available at most off licences.

Cherry liqueur or even cherry brandy is a good suggestion or creme de cassis or even good old cream sherry, as it's a trifle. Depends what you've got in the booze cabinet, really.

Is it the Turkish delight trifle (which sounds delicious)? In which case, sherry might be too strong a flavour. I'd probably stick to something more fruity.

Framboise is, I presume by its name, raspberry liqueur so any kind of fruit liqueur would probably do.
