does any one know what a suitable substitutwe could be its to go in a waitrose trifle recipie

Cherry liqueur or even cherry brandy is a good suggestion or creme de cassis or even good old cream sherry, as it's a trifle. Depends what you've got in the booze cabinet, really.

Framboise is, I presume by its name, raspberry liqueur so any kind of fruit liqueur would probably do.
