Can i please just say what a brilliant team they are in Inniskilern (excuse spelling) especially Fionnuala she has spent 4 days on my problems and kept me informed and i dont mean it has taken 4 days she has work everyhour of her shifts sorting this for me cheers Fionnuala

Send another PM to BT support asking them to send an Ethank you fionnuala, it then gets passed on to her manager , ie points makes prizes or in BT nowdays points may keep your job.
