Just wanted to post this up for those interested...Yesterday I was in Brighton meeting friends and it popped into my mind as I was walking past the Applestore that my iPhone headphones had come apart yet again and needed replacing.

I had no receipt on me nor proof of purchase of the iphone and headphones (which had been replaced around 3months ago under warranty).

I explained to a member of staff that my headphones were buggered and needed a new pair, was expecting the sales person to say "go online" or ask for receipt but the friendly member of staff literally walked over to the headphones and picked a new box of the wall and gave it to me...no questions asked. No charge or anything!!

New headphones are also covered by another 1years worth of warranty.

Have to say it was the first time in an Applestore and went away very pleased, now that is what I called great customer service!

On average, it costs Apple £108 to build an iPhone selling for £440.

Apple have sold an average 21.17 million iPhones worldwide.

I still think they owe you.

So Apple supply O2 with iPhones at £440 a piece? O2 then go on the sell them at cost and throw in a years free unlimited data and hotspot usage.
