So it's this time of the week again .

I know I'm not a mod, but could we please try to keep the discussion thread free of any Anton speculation. There's a big enough thread made especially just for that matter, which seems to have no end. Thanks .

I think we're in for some high quality dancing tonight, judging from the training footage.

The celebs are beginning to feel at ease and are improving more and more.

Enjoy the show everyone!

Really looking forward to tonight's show (even though I won't be watching it until later).

I'm particularly looking forward to the Salsas (which wouldn't normally be a favourite of mine).

Me too, Daisy! Some of those salsas look like they have the potential to be very enjoyable! I've never been a huge fan of salsa (be they authentic or the hybrid we get on Strictly), but it's a lot more fun to watch than the foxtrot in my opinion.

Aaah, I'm normally the opposite. I much prefer most of the ballroom dances to most of the latin dances.

I'm quite looking forward to the Foxtrots actually, always prefered ballroom. Laila and Anton look like their onto a winner with theirs, and their music choice is true Foxtrot (as is the music for Ricky's). Craig's and Lynda's looked better than usually aswell, but I'm still undecided about Zoe.

Not long to go now .

I have liked foxtrots in prior series, it's just that none of tonight's ones looked particularly interesting in training clips. I suppose Laila and Anton's dance should be good.

I wouldn't know whether a Salsa is authentic or not. I have learned nothing about technicalities in the years I have been watching Strictly.

You should have invited me round to do 'em Red - I find washing up very therapeutic

I prefer ballroom overall, but I think I have the least patience with the foxtrot. It's all very beautiful, but it seems a lot of effort with little return in terms of entertainment, to me. There have been some great foxtrots in the past, but... I never really look forward to them, if that makes sense?

When I was new to Strictly, I preferred the Latin numbers because they were instantly grabbing,

But over time, I've come to appreciate the Ballroom dances and actually enjoy them more now.
