Virgin Mobile Contract
Hi,
Does anyone know whether you can downgrade your Virgin Mobile contract? I am 7 months into a 12 month contract and just wanted to see if I can lower the tarriff to a cheaper one with less minutes/texts? Thanks |

It's not possible to drop to a tariff lower than the one that you started out on.

I just started one on Virgin for my Nokia 5800.
I first got one with the calls and texts, but opted for the 30p a day internet access, but soon realised it wasn't for me, so i changed to less call times, same texts but unlimited internet access, all for the same price. You can change your contract at any time, and it takes effect the following month, but it has to be the same value or dearer, you can't downgrade. |

As said, with Virgin you can change your tariff monthly. One quick phone call and it's all done to take effect the following month. You can do this as many times as you like.
