Did it go unnoticed that Danni Minogue was calling Louis Walsh "Miss Walsh"

Louis is not openly gay but Danni chose to out Louise and demean him as well as Daryl Johnson on Live TV. What she did to Daryle after his stunning performance was unforgivable.

Danni you Homophobic hasbeen. I've complained to ofcom on line as she can be allowed to get away with it.

He is a big old woopsie. When his mother dies he will come crashing out of the closet.

To all those that defend bullying, snide remarks, and homophobic comments. Do you know that one of the most reported crime to the Police is harassment against Gay people. (and most gay crime goes unreported) Do you know how many people were put in prison by the state and have been injured and killed just for being gay ?

For injustice to thrive it only takes good people to do nothing!
To all the the Danni backers - with their excuses at the ready ..what she meant to say was .... and shes not homophobic - she has gay friends, and the such like.

I and millions saw what she said and how she said it. When asked to repeat it by Simon she didn't retract or correct herself. I didn't know Danyl was gay or Bisexual. In a singing competition what does it matter - it only matters to Danni to belittle him for his sexuality.

Have I missed something but Louis Walsh is not overtly gay by his appearance, manner or content of his speech. Louis doesn't dress in a feminine way and on TV and he doesn't flaunt it. So I find it offensive to condone Danni's or anyone elses snide remarks about his sexuality. Its cheap, it's not funny, it serves to propagate and condone ridicule about gay sexuality.

People learn by what they see, and if they see that's its ok to ridicule gay people with snide remarks then that becomes the norm, and that is not on.

So I say again, if you believe in equality make your complaint to offcom.

As an openly gay man I see this as it is - either a silly off the cuff remark or a carefully orchestrated publicity stunt. Take your pick. It was not an evil insidious attempt at homophobic abuse. I highly doubt that gangs will be hanging around gay clubs to bash a queer because Dannii says they should.

There is a serious problem with homophobia in this country but to pick on this as a reason is, to be blunt, pathetic. Is society to be so rigid and constricted that we can say nothing without the PC brigade pulling us up? If you want to get on your high horse start campaigning to deal with the real issues - the education of the young,the very iffy treatment by the courts and the outdated approach of religious groups. That will help, not being a pompous ass.

Had Danyl not openly discussed his bisexuality with the media then the point would not have been raised. And he has got plenty sympathy votes and publicity so he won't complain. Funny how he was much more tolerant than those who seem to be supporting him!
