Hi,

I just got an iPhone yesterday, I have My o2 User Name but I don't have a password to put in and it won't let me use the link to reset the password.

Any Help is greatly appreciated.

They send all that info (usernames, passwords etc) in a series of text messages, so if you've not had yours, phone and ask them to re-send.

I moved from Pay As You Go to Pay Monthly, does this make a difference? I have received a text saying picture messaging is set up.

Please Reply

Thanks,

I wouldn't have thought so. I'd say the best option would be to phone them. They'll be able to sort it for you, either by advising what you need to do, or sending out the relevant information.

It's the same setup as any mail client.

You need to enter your name, email address, account name which is the same as your email address.

And, depending on what area you are in:

POP3 - pop3.blueyonder.co.uk
SMTP- smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

Not sure on NTL settings.
