If it makes you feel any better Buddy, it took me til half way through Jo's Foxtrot to get it

Not funny. Apparently Ronnie Wood has been harassing Jo by text ever since she accepted Strictly, claiming she's "cheapening herself" by going on the show.

Yeah, he is way out of touch or way 'out of it' by saying that she is 'cheapening' herself. What a fool. However he views SCD, through a glass darkly or otherwise, it is still a highly thought-of show.

It gives her a chance to show her kooky, endearing (to some) personality. 'I love you Brendan', little girl voice and all.

Another magazine is claiming he's desperate to get back with her aftter seeing how well she's doing, and how much people seem to like her.

The joke was a bit close to the bone, I thought. Same with Brucie singing 'Satisfaction' or talking about secret affairs while Flavia was waiting to dance. Or Len bringing up Ali and Brian's 'romance'. Not totally over the line but skirting it...

LOL! The fact that other people didn't get the joke is a sure sign it was bad!

I did too - although it probably helped up the sympathy vote for her. Bad Brucie

When Bruce first made the comment I though uh, what's he on about Jo can't afford to lose any weight she slim enough as it is, then he repeated it and I thought rude b*gger. Woody Woodpecker reverts to childhood and makes an *rse of himself with a 20 year old so lets make fun of his ex-wife, way to go Brucie.
