Presumably, this will be a book wot she wrote herself?

If she gets a move on she could have it done and it the shops for Christmas.

The usual system is to get in a ghost writer, have a few interviews with your "star" and then try to write it as if THEY wrote it.

Not a lot is 100% genuinely written by the credited author in the autobiography market.

Its unauthorised, she has nothing to do with it..fact, from her and her manager

I think the documentary she is doing for the BBC looking at the emotional and practical implications of children who don't know their dads will be interesting. I can't find the original link, but this one gives the details.

If it's a biography as per the thread title, I very much doubt it.

Lets try this

Alesha manager has said she isn't doing a autobiography and if there is a book its nothing to do with her and she hasn't authorised it.

End of......

Yes, I think we'll have to be even more simple.

A Biography is a book about a person, written by some other person.

An Autobiography is a book about a person, written by that person.

Is that all clear?

And I'm amazed that someone can take the mickey out of Alesha's grammar whilst making such an elementary terminology error.

Glass houses, stones, etc.

Oh dear I think there has been a slight sense of humour bypass did you make fun of Alesha's grammer in public or in private because apparantly that makes the difference between being completely offensive or just being funny.

Any chance you could clarify that for us thickos in the cheap seats?

I think the poster was sarcastically referring to the Anton Du Beke remark which was not made "in public" as opposed to Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross making slanderous remarks about Andrew Sach's grand-daughter in a radio programme.

Allegedly Alesha has said that she is going to "lift the lid" on Strictly ..... Could that mean she isn't intending to do a second term of judging? If she does intend to continue as a judge, I would imagine her "lid lifting" would need to be rather selective.

Is that in the book that her manager has said she isn't going to write?

Correct

Alesha isn't writing an Autobiography....

Any Biography published is unauthorised.( ie Alesha has had nothing to do with it)

How can this discussion go on is beyond me
