Does anyone else find that after watching the show they have a song or piece of music that one of the couples has used firmly lodged in their brain?

At the moment Calendar Girl as used by Lynda and Darren is resisting all attempts to remove it, am even waking up in the night with the words going round in my head
is this the sign of a very sad person?

I believe this is known as an earworm.

I always seems to have some bl**dy tune or another rolling around in my brain, must account for the fact that I'm slightly demented most of the time.
