James Fox - Eurovision!
What do you think of James Fox winning the "Making Your Mind Up" for the Eurovision song?
I thought he was easily the best on the night although Hyrise would have done well but the backing tracks were far too loud and they couldn't be heard properly. The same applied to all the others apart from James. |

I didn't see it, but I've heard the song, and it sounds like cheesy rubbish. I hate to think what the others were like if it was the best, else he got through because of his FA fans
It might be cheesy rubbish, but it might be Eurovision friendly, I'd say it'll get a few points at least, and might even be a contender. |

I think James was a well-deserved winner on the night. He's a lovely guy with a great voice and it's a catchy song. At least he won't fall to pieces on stage in Istanbul - he's used to singing and playing live in front of an audience. He has a huge following at the Devoted to James Fox website and has been tipped by the bookies already to win Eurovision at 12/1..... odds will be less nearer May. The single is due out towards the end of March

I think Hyrise deserved to win, but as James had been on FA - it was a full gone conclusion.

Thought they were ok - but if they had to mime on Saturday night, how would they have got on in Istanbul?

I think I am the only person in Europe who thinks Jemini's song was at least catchy!
I saw it in a clearence basket - for about 20p - but restrained myself from buying it! |

James was easily the best singer with the best song - it just stood out.
You need the song to stand out. Jemini were awful and the song was awful (and why do they keep blaming their backing track for them singing flat??). Glad we've gone back to basics with a good looking guy singing a simple love song. If you don't like Eurovision no doubt you won't be watching it but I love it. Cheese n'all. |

I personally think that Hyrise should have won...but i went to school with one of the guys in the group so i suppose im just a little bit biased!! And i can tell ya that he dont need 2 mime neither!!
I just hope that they get some kind of deal after all the eurovision, they deserve it. AND that the people who voted 4 James Fox made the right decision after last years comp
