They both appeared on Strictly when Darren was dancing with Jill,If I remember rightly at the time Dale was living in America and Jill was suprised to see him saying something like "oh my god there's two of you"

I'm not sure it is a wig, everyone has heard of a comb over well I'm convinced this is a comb forward, if you look at his his hair is combed forward from near the crown to cover shall we say an extremely high forehead, also if it was a wig I'm sure he would have picked a better style, then he wouldn't have to use so much gel

IIRC I'm sure ITT did an interview with his family and we saw a picture of him and his twin brother when they were babies. (no hair then either!
