Have just ordered the Premium Pack TV, Broadband & Anytime Calls which includes the free Tiscali+ recorder and free Kids Mix for 2 months.

I dont know anyone else who is with tiscali and was wondering how people in greater manchester find the service??

Not sure about Greater Manchester but down here in the stockbroker belt of Surrey it works very well indeed.

We're getting about 5Mbs and it's solid as you like.

And I'm still pretty amazed by the picture quality given that this is all coming down 2 copper wires..

I'm not in Manchester but not far away in North Cheshire.
We get a connection of about 5Mb, and it works fine.
The tv service itself is great, I am no longer a slave to schedules, as many of the programmes I want to see are on BBC catchup.
You'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
But of course Freesat should have a similar offering next year, and the chances are Freeview will follow suit.
But in the meantime, Tiscali TV is the best, but could do with more content and red button options. I switch back to Freeview for red button/text.

Well I have my broadband active now and I'm getting about 6.5mb - just waiting for the engineer to call thursday to setup the TV

VERY surprised at the quality considering it coming down my telephone line!!

which channels you receive /how many?
you pay for tv on demand or is it included?which channels you receive on demand

i cant find premium pack on their web...is variety etc...do you have to pay for everything plus 5 pounds?/every mix,?
