whats been your fave Sugababe line up
#1 - The Originals 1998 - 2001 (Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena & Keisha Buchanan) - biggest hit "Overload"
#2 - Line Up 2 2001 - 2005 (Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan & Heidi Range) - biggest hit "Push the Button" #3 - Line Up 3 2005 - 2009 (Keisha Buchanan, Heidi range & Amelle Berrabah) - biggest hit "About You Now" #4 - Line Up 4 2009 - ? (Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah & Jade Ewan) - biggest hit ? I think the best was Version 2, as they had the songs and the talent |

Number 2 - During that era some of their best songs were released.

Number 2 definitely. Even though they weren't the original lineup, they'll always be the Sugababes to me.

Line up 2 for me. But i aint really bothered about the line up now compared to how i felt two/3 weeks ago. If the songs are good then that's all that matters

Line up 2. I don't remember the Sugababes before, and I have never been keen on them since Amelle joined.

With 1.0 there were some good songs but I never warmed to Siobhan, Mutya and Keisha as a band. Loved Overload and New year
2.0 was all about the music and some great tracks. I always felt that there was distance between Mutya and Keisha with Heidi tho. 3.0 I like Amelle's voice and the 3 of them seemed to be a good line up. I liked Easy, Change, About You Now and no can Do. I thought Denial could have been better and Girls was pants. I liked the hook of Get Sexy although the lyrics were pants 4.0 I am not sure it will get off the ground. In some ways I am pleased Amelle isn't just able to move on as maybe it shows there WAS something to the rumours and some of the stuff I have seen written about Heidi and Amelle has been horrible. I do think Heidi, Amelle and Jade could be a great band but they need to change there name, work on new material and take a break and come back to woop the arse of the charts. It all seems a bit rushed. The management company has let the girls down. if Keisha was a bully, they should have stepped in before. (If she isn't, it has been handled worse) The way they let her go was wrong and drafted in Jade - letting it leak - filming a new video within two days was badly handled. not allowing Heidi and Amelle some time off was wrong as if Amelle is down, it is the managements fault. |

Nr 2 had the sexiest video (Push the button) with Mutya lying on the floor with her legs in the air, Heidi wearing a red top hugging her lovely figure.......

Number 2 was the best one, firstly because it had the best vocals, Mutya was brilliant, and Keisha brought alot of style and feisty-ness. Heidi added a new dimension too.
It just doesn't feel like Sugababes anymore

Lineups 2 and 3 were the best for me. Don't know many songs (apart from Overload) released by Lineup 1 and am undecided on Lineup 4 at the moment. I think I'll wait until I hear Sweet 7 and then make up my mind.

My favoutite Sugababes line up so far has been:
Mutya-Keisha-Heidi That's NOT to say i don't like Amelle, i think she's hot with a great look and has fitted in really well. |

V2 definitely- Mutya was the sugar, Keisha was the spice and Heidi added everything else nice.
Don't dislike V1 line-up, but Siobhan made them a little too standoffish. |

1.0.
Back then, they were edgy and different to your typical girl group. This was the best line-up vocally, too. It was like, "Yeah, here we are. We can sing and we have some great songs. Now enjoy". Now it's all about the glitz & glam. |

Mutya, Keisha and Heidi. However I think their best album is Change. The material on that is so strong and I think completely underrated but then looking at the booklet it seems Heidi did most of the main writing on it and I have always felt more drawn to her for some reason.
Sugababes 1.0 were a funny set up. Siobhan was a solo artist. Her manager thought she needed back up so found Mutya. Mutya and Siobhan were a two piece until Keisha some how worked her way into the studio one day with Mutya and then it seems she took over the group and all but forced Siobhan out. |

I like the first 3 versions but I think version 2 will always be the true sugababes.

The 1st lineup without a doubt. Siobhan has the best voice out of all 6 'Sugabaes.' Her albums are a testament to that.

Line up 2 for me as well. Siobhan was just never part of the group for moi. She was boring and didn't add anything. Heidi on the otherhand was a fantastic addition and took the band to the mainstream.
Amelle is a good singer. I think the best out of every line up. Her voice is very radio friendly. I see her having a good solo career. I also see why the American's made her the lead female over Keisha. No wonder she caused trouble! the green eyed monster comes in many forms ![]() I think they should have just all quit instead of continuing with Jade though. I don't like her. Always felt she was a piece of work on 'Your Country Needs You' which I think was a fix as well. |

I like all of the line-ups to be honest. Not many are saying that, for obvious reasons. "About A Girl" is catchy
