Cheryl's reaction to Simon's comment
Release Me

Anyone see Cheryl's reaction to the camera when Simon was picking holes in what she said about Kandy Rain? It was priceless.

Her tiny brain nearly exploded at the idea of someone daring to seriously disagree with her.

She probably wondered how anyone could possibly accuse someone as beautiful as her of being jealous of other women.

They now use that clip in training videos for bathroom attendants in Newcastle. It's in a segment entitled "Duck and Cover: Top Tips for Personal Safety on the Job."

Yep, I've noticed that when Simon or Louis disagrees with her she pulls a very angry face and seems to go in a real strop.

She did it last year aswell whenever Simon or Louis said something negative about her acts...she would look at them angrily.. It could be because she's young and inexperienced... she's only been a judge for over a year, but it's not very professional.

She's very childish. Not professional at all, imo of course.

Perhaps an anger management course would help?

There are no rules about how to react to a comment on x factor. It just showed she was passionet about what she said. Makes good tv, even though i agreed with Simon. Having said that they were all munters, however they dressed.

It's true she has a major temper ... they do a great job in covering it up. lol

Dannii and Cheryl were completely right though. They didn't have a problem with what they were wearing just that they said they didn't want people to think of them as strippers so they come out dressed as.......strippers! Stupid move as their performance was actually ok

I don't take it very seriously but yes her facial expression did amuse me and was probably one of the few not scripted, non choreographed judges reactions in the series

Alternatively it could be that once a hooligan always a hooligan.
All the make-up,surgery and styling in the world can never ever stop the real Cheryl's behaviour manifesting itself regularly.

I actually thought that she looked at someone off camera and it was as if they told her not to say anything back and keep quiet.

Cheryl and Simon are as bad as each other. In this respect.

I disagree - I think it was as staged as you can get. Her reaction was about 2 minutes late for a start, as if she'd forgotten to react at the right time. That's how it came across to me. Either way, her little strops when someone criticises one of her category are really pathetic and irritate me immensely. Compare that to Dannii who got lumbered with Rachel last year, always the ultimate professional whenever criticised until she cracked when Louis took it too far.

She doesn't resort to petty huffs like Cheryl does. Cheryl can't stand anyone disagreeing with her. She's like Simon but tries to look less cocky, whereas Simon just plays on it because he is what he is.

I'm a bit confused here (not an unusual occurance ). your comment that Cheryl throws strops because she can't take critisism of her category doesn't quite fit with your point that it was scripted. One of the reasons that I think it was genuine was that the expression didn't do her any favours. It wasn't a dramatic and interesting expression, it was rather a dopey one

All opinion. She throws strops yes, fact. I happen to think this one was staged as her reaction was late and it looked like she looked round at someone else. Opinion.

Cheryl of late, seems to think she is above critisism and is the queen of the show.

God, people on here are so mean. The people from the show actually read these things you know. Everyone needs to calm the hell down.
