Craig RH

I felt that Bruce was very unprofessional in his treatment of Craig RH. It was unwarranted. Craig's observations were correct & I'm not sure how saying her dancing was like a "bush kangaroo" is being personal like Bruce said to Craig ad-nauseum.

Bruse has really gone down in my estimation.

I don't know what was worse: Antons abomination of a jive or Bruce's behavior.

Totally agree.

Anyway, I think I'd rather be called a kangeroo than a drunken ragdoll.

And actually I'd rather be called either than to have my private life broadcasted to the nation, just before I was about to dance....I felt sorry for Ali and Brian!

There were so many things said tonight that were wrong,
Craig in the forst instance for his kangaroo,. Alesha for her rag doll , and Dad at a wedding , Bruce for his remark to Zoe ,. And yes , to Ali and Brian , every single week now someone embarasses them

I agree. As I said elsewhere it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to watch tonight. There seemed quite a few people who looked rather unhappy though I can't put my finger on exactly what was 'wrong'.

Only Brendan Cole would be so sensitive as to take Craig's comment so seriously. What was the difference between Bruno saying she was like a "grasshopper" and Craig saying she was like a "kangaroo"? If Len, Alesha or Bruno had said she was like a kangaroo would Brendan have walked off? Brendan always has a chip on his shoulder every year about something he is about the most easily dislikeable of anyone on the show and it's the primary reason why he always ruins the chances of whoever his partner is. Bruce's contribution towards Craig was merely to apologise for Brendan's behaviour.

When you take into account the fact that the most common criticism of the Viennese Waltz is that it mustn't be too skippy, I rather suspect that rather than slag off Craig for being cruel, we should really conclude that Bruce isn't as up on his knowledge of world famous Australian TV programmes of the 1960s and 70s as he might be!

I think there was a difference in the way they said it, Bruno didn't sound like he was saying it to make fun of her.

Bruno had already mentioned that she was too skippy and I felt that there was no need for Craig to make any further comment about it. I felt a bit uncomfortable for Jo and while I think Brendan should have stayed where he was, I can understand why he dragged her away.
