I got an email yesterday, a welcome to tiscali talktalk saying payments tv and other things are staying the same but I noticed when you go to the website there's a 40gb download limit which was unlimited before,they did'nt mention this in the email,anyone know if this is for new customers or everyone.

Interestingly the TV product pages don't mention a download limit, only the packages excluding TV.

the new limit is indeed for new subs on non-ttv product

Almost sounds like new subscribers go on the TalkTalk network while Tiscali TV customers stay on Tiscali (for the time being)!

What about old subs on non-ttv product do they get the new limit

No change to existing non TTV products
