I'm in a real 90s music this week, and wanna listen to some old classics from that era. Trouble is, I've forgotten a lot of them.

So can anyone name any hits from the 90s, I'd prefer ones that were top 40 hits, but I'm not fussed on the genre, hip hop, rave, britpop or even regular pop - hit me with it.

Some examples...

Donna Lewis - I love you always forever
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tk4-e9dnGUQ

Utah Saints - Something good
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUxhNWDlGts

Kris Kross - Jump
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-K3irNgcaA

Ace of Base - Lucky Love
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ofu1Mg2JuOQ

So yeah, anything (fairly) mainstream from the 90s, please feel to free to add your faovurite, and any other that spring to mind.

Cheers,

These have to be some of the best tunes from the nineties as far as I'm concerned...

I bought the follow up, Cryptik Souls Crew, it's old school hip-hop.

Loved this...

Ocean Colour Scene - The Day we caught the train

Republica - Drop Dead Gorgeous

Robbie Williams - It's only us (1999)

Texas - Halo

Robbie Williams - Old Before I die Thought this was Oasis when I first heard it. Regarding Robbie Williams, I wouldn't really like him now but during this era he just seemed to be a geezer playing with a bunch of oldies who just wanted to rock out - he'd do well to try and recapture this period tbh.

N Trance - Set you free

Space - Avenging Angels

Space - Female of the Species

Blur - Country House

I fully agree with this. I'm off right now to order this. I love, love songs that can also doubled as a pop song as well. Thanks for placing that link up to this great track.

One of the best songs of the 1990s - imho this version is better than the original dance version:

Some truely amazing sugggestions here.

N-Trance is one of those songs that defines the 90s era for me.

And Let Loose, that song was everywhere back in the day. Just as a side note, DS did an interview with them not too long ago...

Forgotten, still well known, tis' all good, despsite my thread title, I'm pretty much open to all 90sness. I'm just looking for some of the more memorable stuff right now

I don't have access to VH1 or Magic so I'd never have thought of some of those.

Forum Police alert! The OP asked for 90's hits, because they couldn't think of many, so I suggested the hits of the 90's that I loved. Jeez.

Don't worry, I loved your suggestions. To be honest, I hadn't heard Wonderwall in ages. It was one of those songs that sometimes gets stuck in my head but i've not heard for a while.

So really enjoyed listening to that in full again, great stuff.
