Well said

What they said. Whatever you think of him otherwise Anton has always been encouraging and supportive to his partners even when it's been obvious to everyone else that most of them were useless on the dance floor. I think it may be true to say he has had the 'worst' partners overall until now than any other pro and has alwas treated them with the utmost patience and charm. He may be a bit of a Tony da Berk with his verbal shall we say looseness but he doesn't deserve a witch hunt.

It might interest you to note that the article in yesterday's Mail has now been pulled from later editions and from their web-site. Clearly there is at least one intelligent and fair-minded person there who has realised that printing unsubstantiated lies gets them into trouble. Personally, I hope that Anton sues them, the Sun and the Mirror for printing what was clearly a fabricated story.

My goodness. Who knew that all it would take to shut down the Daily Mail was a few well-orchestrated internet campaigns. Who's with me?

That explains why I couldn't access the article when I clicked on the link.

I find the Daily Mail to be a sanctimonious, hypocritical load of BS so, whatever the article said, I would take it with a pinch of salt.

In fact, both the Sun and the Mirror carried the same article - the Sun a day before the other two and it's still on their websites. I'm guessing the Mail is unusually twitchy this week given the complaints to the PCC after the Stephen Gateley article.

What a load of old crud! It is a shame that soooo many people will be eager to believe it.

There was no shock or horror on Laila's face about the dress comment, she was laughing for gods sake, as was I!

She is a very lucky girl to be dancing with him, I really hope she doesn't ruin the experience for herself by having no sense of humour!

My thoughts exactly - you would expect The Mail to be rather quiet after that piece last week. Just rumour mongering again from the "gutter press" - which alas the mail is fast becoming
