Warrenty
I bought a Motorola T720i from the 02 website in October 2003 and it has broken (I cant get into the menu), I wondered if I would be able to get my money back or get a new one as I have already sent it back to Motorola once after it kept turning itself off. I dont want people to tell me that I shouldnt have bought one because its a bit late now really I just need some advice on what to do.
Cheers PWP

You are entitled to have it repaired as it is still under warranty, but I doubt you will be able to get a refund or a new phone. If you do you will be lucky. You have to be careful that you haven't done anything to it that affects the guarantee, as they may say that you have made the guarantee invalid. There should be terms and conditions in the manual.
