Speaking of voicemail but, on 3UK you can login to 3mail and download your voicemails
![]() Very handy sometimes especially when my m8s girlfriend rang me and blurted a load of bull in anger - good backup evidence sometimes

Why do you save all the SMS on your phones, I read them then delete or pass the jokes on and then delete

Text messages are delete as soon as they are read. I can't see the point in keeping any of them! Jokes are done once you know the punchline.
If something needs a reply I usually phone it through. So outgoing texts are not saved either. |

I keep the last 11 or 12 text messages and then when I get a new text message the oldest text message on my phone is deleted.

I never delete messages.. When I had my N95 8GB there was somewhere in the region of 2800 messages on there. I got an iPhone a few weeks back to replace the Nokia, and can't see me deleting anything off that either!

I got my Blackberry in May this year and when I checked last week there were over 13,000 text messages in it! That does include outgoing texts. I was shocked!

I delete mine when my phone tells me I'm running out of room.
I have an W300i, a couple of years old, but still does me.

I have a mass deletion every week or two because there's no reason to keep texts unless they're significant. Why keep messages that say things like :-
Mauve one? Not open Weds That was funny when he did 60 watt Thinking about it, I was influenced by the days of tiny hard drives and floppies in computers and the real need for regular housekeeping, otherwise you quickly ran out of space. |

Well, do a bit of arithmetic. Even worst case of 160 characters per message, approx. 6 messages per kb, 6000 per mb, 6 million per gb, so about 200 million for 32gb - I don't think you''re going to fill that in a hurry
