I know the London dates go on sale at the end of the month but surely if it is next Spring and they announce more UK dates they wont go on sale too soon will they? Just looking through past shows on some ticket websites and the tour they did with The Feeling opening for them it quoted tickets at £65. Do they really charge that much for their big stadium shows?

My uncle tried to get tix for Bon Jovi using O2 priority booking today. Anything near the front is £200!!! The cheapest ticket at the back is around £75 I believe.

If that is true, I won't bother.

Yeah, cheapest tickets are £45, but they will be right at the back. Lower tier start at £65.

The prices are really high - especially for the gold, silver, vip packages.... £500+!!! but then people obviously are willing to pay that much as they keep doing it tour after tour.

I got decent tickets through O2 yesterday near the front of block 111 for £75, but there was another £9.25 booking fee!

They always put on a good show and they have a great back catalogue and don't tend to play the same set list nights and nights in a row.

Is it all seated or will there be a pit? Last year at Twickenham we went both nights and paid £45 GA for one and £75 gold circle standing for the other.

Ticketmaster have a plan up, most of it is seating but there is a 'mini' pit - I take it this is where the people who paid hundreds get to stand for three songs... no golden circle this time.

No idea if this link will take you to the right page with the map...

I have my tickets already! woohoo they were an extortionate price but I'm quite close to the stage as I sat there a couple of months ago for another concert.

They have really thrown price to the wind this tour. The O2 is Charging from £65 up to £1500

They have even opened up the seating behind the stage, why would you want a ticket to watch their butts all night? (actually, that could be a good view )

But what about other places? The example i got was from Hampden Park and when i looked into it further it was all standing so i am guessing the nearer the front you get depends on how far in the que you are? Surely in a stadium like that if everyone is standing they wont have any kind of 'blocks' ? If it is as expensive as that for other places then i just wont bother going. Probably £45 is the most i would be willing to pay and go.

I've had a look on the ticketmaster website and also bonjovi.com and can't find any information about gigs other than the O2 residency. If they are going to play Hampden Park then I would assume they will do the usual set up for their stadium concerts which is the 'golden circle' then general standing. I have always been in the gold circle which is near the stage these have usually cost between £100 - £150. They're good tickets. The general standing are usually £45 upwards, I think with this tour they're going to be quite high. AEG are taking the mick with their pricing this time around with Jovi.

Well i have been a fan since i was 6 and it was the first band i ever got into. So now in my 20's i feel like i should at least go and see them once because over the years i have just never been interested in concerts or things like that. It is only now i am starting to want to go and see groups play live and with Bon Jovi it is going on 20 years now so i am well aware i won't be going to see them in their prime. However i do feel as if to get the most of it i should at least be standing and in amongst the crowd lol. Then again i will be going alone so maybe a nice seat somewhere at the side will suffice.......i just can't imagine people in the tiers getting up and dancing around or really adding to the atmosphere. Then again i doubt i will be doing any dancing or much singing lol.

Just through youtube i watched many many videos and picked this one out. Can you pin point any gold circle here or what is going on?

Plus what do you think is better for me? Like i say i will be going alone (unless i drag someone along) is it a lot of people going in groups to see Bon Jovi or do you see people alone? Also i kind of gave up after the It's My Life single and as far as i'm concerned the last real album they did was These Days. I am hoping a lot of old material will be played.

well this video is from the last tour, I'm sure from this and the other videos that you will have a great time at the concert whether you're standing or on the sides. It's from Twickenham but the layouts are usually the same. (I'm in the crowd somewhere near the stage in the middle)

The golden Circle is usually a halo shaped area in front of the stage, usually the first third of the standing area, you get a great view and there is a real atmosphere there. But I have also found that the Bon Jovi concerts have some of the best crowds, there is such an electric atmosphere in the place and it always starts with the Mexican Wave through the whole stadium, to the singing on the train on the way home.

I got £45 tickets yesterday for a top tier but right next to the stage. Was in the same block for Pink earlier this year and the view was fab so I'm happy. Just hope they do some old stuff too!
