Can I give an extra big to Aliona for unhooking her dress from her feet whilst doing incredibly fast steps. To do that without missing a beat takes some talent!!!

Love Matt's Jive choreography, but I bet some of the pros will be hoping he doesn't get to do the Jive next year! He really doesn't make it easy for them!!!

Was there a group Paso to Paint It Black? I only remember the one to Lee Mead, which was Matt/Nicole and Ian/Camilla... judging from the dance, I'd say Matt and Nicole choreographed it.

Darren and Lilia don't tend to choreograph Pasos... they generally do the medleys from the first week (not this year though), Samba and latin medleys.

Matt and Nicole Cutler choreographed it and they danced it with Ian and Camilla.

Yeah Aliona was amazing. I didnt rate her when she was on the show, but she was brilliant tonight.

The latin pro dances are just amazing. So much more entertaining than the ballroom ones imo.

I thought it looked amazing too. I couldn't take my eyes of their legs and how fast they were moving !

In this years Eurovision Dance contest Vincent and Louise did what was essentially a showdance to Paint it Black, which had a fairly strong Paso element - is this what you mean?

The only other time I remember Paint it Black was when Lee performed it on the show as the musical guest.

(BTW, seeing as pasos have been mentioned I loved the Kaiser Chief (series 6) one and the White Stripes (series 5?) one, both choreographed by Karen Hardy if I'm not mistaken)

They did it so well - especially as the couples had to literally run out onto the floor for solos as it was so fast!

I wish the pros would get more standing ovations. Not after every dance, but some are really special and I'm left shouting at the audience to show more appreciation!!

I think most of the Pasos and Jives have been choreographed by Karen or Matt. The Chicago Jive was Camilla though.

As others have said it was Matt who choreographed it,i don't think any other pro could have choreographed a Jive with that speed........i also think he really pushed the other Pros with how fast it was and the choreography.

Loved the "Paint it Black" Paso/Jive a few years back as well.

Erinfan........will have to watch it back to see Aliona getting caught up in the dress.
