there will be a new network starting in December one thing i noticed they wont charge you any thing to use Internet http://giffgaff.com/

It says they won't charge for data during their beta testing phase.

And it says it will be running by Christmas, not that it will start in December.

And its not a new network, its a new operator on O2.
