Depends on whether his effort was better than theirs, mistakes included. Let's wait and see.

I think there is something quite likeable about Craig .

Well he must have the likeability factor with the public as they keep voting for him to stay in week after week of poor performances. However odds say he's favourite to go this week, there is no spark or chemistry with flavia, and with such harsh comments its easy to see why he looks deflated in training.

Flavia and Craig are on the 5 Live breakfast show. Good job I'm not doing the drinking game as it's Blackpool, birthday time after time. Apparently Schmeichel was eliminated on his birthday. Here's to a double.

You know I don't think he's going to be the worst tonight!

I've got a feeling you might be right his training footage for the waltz looked ok. Who you think will be the worst - Chris? Tuffers? Ricky G? Nat Cass?. I think it'll be an interesting week as a lot of people have got dances that don't really suit them so it could be any one of the middle rankers who ends up as bottom of the leaderboard and then there's the wild card of the public vote. If Craig does badly again I hope he goes but otherwise I'm going to be very torn about seeing someone go tonight. I half hope he does turn in a decent performance and get to Blackpool on merit but I really don't know who I'd rather see go instead.

Me neither - I'm a bit worried about Tuffers.
It depends on whether he truly has realised that the time has come to stop 'faffing' around or will he not be able to stop himself getting up to mischief

Toss up between Ricky Groves and Chris I think. Natalie doesn't look great but her performance has a lot of energy from the looks of it and that will get her a few extra points... whereas I don't think Ricky's Rumba will have any redeeming qualities

I'd say Craig has two weeks max left in him, he could cheat if the Waltz goes well and do AS next week, which he might cope with better if he's got a passable Waltz behind him. but technically it should be latin for him, which means Cha Cha, Salsa or Paso

Craig always says he does well in training, then falls apart on the live show. Given his track record and the little we have seen from the studio clips in the past, I've always found that comment more wishful thinking that a thing of substance.

If Craig's waltz goes to pieces tonight at least he has the consolation of proving he was telling the truth all along

To be honest however much he said the training was going well, it always looked horrific. His Waltz actually doesn't look as dismal as most of his other routines, and he appears to have sorted out his horrible top line.

In past series of SCD Flavia has had the good fortune to be paired with one particularly good celeb, this year however it looks as if she has had the misfortune to be partnered by one of the exhibits from Madame Tussauds.

Jimmy Tarbuck?

Flavia's partners have all been pretty awful apart from Matt.

So far only one of her partners has forgotten his moves and taken the hump and sat on the stage like a petulant schoolboy

Was that Jimmy
Was that Phil
Was that Craig

No......Well I wonder who that could have been

Come off it, no-one in their right mind could say Matt isn't far and away the best partner Flavia's had.

I think doing what he did that night was the most un professional thing I have seen in SCD

And yet Flavia still brought him in to try and show Craig what a waltz should look like.

People keep using this as a stick to beat Matt with... but forgetting the routine has been ENDEMIC this year... so the cliched criticism of Matt could be said of any one of a number of people now...

Matt forgot his moves and sulked.
The others have got on with it and improvised.

HUGE difference.
