50hrs isn't enough quite frankly.

I don't think we are at liberty to open the box - it's not ours, we just paid to use it.

As for Tiscali queries, I think you must be referring to all the complaints there used to be. At the time of "migration" they didn't have enough Customer Service staff to cope when things went wrong. We don't see too many queries and complaints nowadays because basically it's a very good service
