Camino, I haven't voted this year either. I haven't found a couple worth voting for yet. Feeling really disappointed this year!

I have never voted on any series of SCD.

I've only ever voted twice on any reality type show - once for Brian Dowling to win BB2 and once for Stavros Flatley to win BGT.

That's why I don't have a moan when people I don't like stay in or people I like leave. I just enjoy what the voters have created.

Plus, I did say on another thread that if I did vote, I probably would put 1 vote in for Craig due to QAF nostalgia.

I have always voted and will always vote.....its part of the enjoyment for me.....I do think that people who dont vote have no reason to moan at the choices people make in their vote though.

I know that some people are now going to say I cant vote because I dont live in the UK well sorry folks but thats just the way it is.

I watch Dancing With the Stars and cant vote so I dont moan about who gets through and who doesnt.

I have only ever voted for Mark Ramprakash and Alesha Dixon and that was in the finals. I don't think I will vote this year's though unless my favourite is there.

Neither have I.

However, after last nights' dance off, I'm going to break the habit of a life time from next week onwards!

I don't think I voted once last series, but that was the exception. Normally I start voting about week 4 or 5 as by then I've had a chance to work out how my favourite will be, but this series I started voting from week 3 (I would have voted in week one, but I was out on the Saturday night).

I've watched pretty much every programme of every series, over the years. I've seen the annual manipulation by the BBC, one example was where it was to support Emma Bunton. All her extensively covered training footage on IT2 before the CIN programme was "positive." They even dragged in French & Saunders to boost her appeal. I also smiled when they "dropped her like a stone" after CIN.

I've smiled when people on here get irate over the "injustices" who fail to recognise that the controversy and hype is manipulated to increase the ratings.

When will people finally understand that it isn't a proper competition? It's just good all round family entertainment, something the BBC used to be quite good at.
I don't care who wins or gets voted out. I just enjoy it and would never waste my money phoning in to vote for anyone.

I don't understand what you mean by 'it isn't a proper competition.' The contestants don't all come in with equal dancing skills, some are perhaps a little too old to win, levels of natural talent vary, some contestants will work very hard, some contestants and professionals may have a large following and the BBC may TRY a bit of manipulation but it is still a competition and the winner is often someone who wasn't rated before the series started.

I have never voted based on the celebrity.

Vote regarding the pros and then once my favourites leave, give in.

I have never voted on SCD or any other show for that matter. I might if they paid me, but even then I probably wouldn't bother. Enjoy the show though.

I sort of feel like that.

However, voting doesnt really give people more right to complain. It should perhaps give them a little more generosity when their favourites go out to someone who received a higher public vote though.

Sadly, that doesnt happen much
