Hi

I have a Foxsat HDR and cannot view or record subtitles on channel 4 or Film 4 even though the screen message shows they are available. All other channels are ok. Any ideas anyone, please.

Doesn't look like Film 4 are showing subtitles on Time Bandits, and just checked channel4 and Friends has started and there are subtitles for that but not sure whether T4:The Worlds Greatest... had any

Thanks for your reply. I'm not getting subtitles for any channel 4 or Film 4 programmes. I have Freeview on my tv, and can get subtitles on it, but not through Freesat. Really miss subtitles for American films where dialogue is a bit difficult to pick up.

Yes all other channels with subtitles are ok, just channel 4 and Film 4.

If it were me I'd make a note of all my recording schedules, my setting preferences etc and perform a factory reset. If you do, remember to rescan your non-freesat channels before re-scheduling your recording as this will erase them again.
