News like that makes me a happy man.
Seriously, Sky1's programming strategy makes me want to whack my head against a brick wall sometimes. They make money out of subscriptions - so why don't they ramp up some ambition to encourage subscription. I wouldn't care if their schedule was complete repeats apart from a couple of hours of quality stuff each night (British stuff to complement the US drama). I'd far prefer that than they scratch around for poxy ratings with this sort of trash and Michael Jackson seances.

You'll be pleased to know that this weeks New Tricks repeat is the last for a good while.
Next week is a Children in Need concert from the Albert Hall, the next week, the comedy block begins.
Great numbers for Collision last night which used its Corrie lead-in a treat. Numbers like that are why we're living in fantasy world to suggest that ITV would move Corrie's back into the 7pm hour. It's far too valuable in giving a leg up to expensive new stuff.
Brace yourself people - ITV's Tuesday flopzone might just be defeated for one week only.

Tougher for Collision over the next two days, but I'd still be pretty dissapointed if it didn't hit 6-6.5m.
